This week’s affirmation is a gentle reminder to be THANKFUL.
I want you to experience the kind of gratitude that makes you smile and feels like sunbeams are bursting from your cheeks!
For so many of us, we are in “go go go” mode and don’t take the time (well, until November!) to slow down, look up and around, and proclaim our gratefulness. Being grateful for the wonderful abundance in your life is a divine key to becoming your best self and living your life out loud, on purpose, and on your own terms.

You can either embrace full journalling of your day or keep it simple and write out 1-3 things you are thankful for each day. Make it a ritual and do it the same time each day…
