Happy Saturday, Lionesses!

Let’s start the weekend off with some truth, wrapped in grace, with sides of sass, moxie, and fire.

I love this quote! It is so powerful. We are so powerful.

When we feel the pull of division, tingle of manipulation, or the spirit of competition with each other – let choose to stand down, take a deep breath, and center ourselves.

99% of the time it is being inspired by an ‘in the moment’ emotion that will pass.

When we quiet ourselves (and our tongues) until the storm of feelings passes – our decisions and actions have a tendency to look VERY different.

If forgiveness is required, we can graciously give it.

We accomplish greater things together, feel stronger and more confident while doing the work together, and don’t take up any mind space reliving the feelings of guilt or shame from a verbal outburst. (Can I hear an amen?!?)

Let’s come together and shine, Lionesses!
