or revel in the smell of clean sheets or a fluffy pillow…
or remind yourself of the moment that made you laugh or smile!

On the hard days, it can be difficult to find something to be positive about – I totally get it.
On those occasions, try these:

◊  The delicious coffee that started your day.

◊  Your perfectly chaotic family.

◊  Your favorite song on the radio.

◊  Friends who totally GET you!

◊  A pantry filled with delicious snacks.

◊  Your favorite slippers.

◊  Your dogs.

◊  Netflix.
