You Are Enough – Affirmation 18

Let’s jump right in… read this out loud:

I am enough.
I am confident, kind, loyal, loving, supportive, sassy and sensuous.
My confidence inspires others.

How do you feel when you say this out loud?
Do you feel confident or awkward?
Maybe something in between?

This week, I thought it was time to revisit WHY these weekly affirmations are so incredibly important.

Believing in yourself and loving yourself are two key ingredients in personal, professional, and global success. To live a joy-filled, healthy life out loud, on purpose, and on your own terms. My heart’s desire is to help you do exactly that… and firing up your mindset is my contribution to your journey.

If that’s what you want, you are in the right place.

Print out the moxie affirmations that resonate with you and post them where you will see them is one of the easiest and most powerful exercises to help you build your self-esteem and confidence. You can achieve anything you set your mind to – so set your mind straight with each affirmation.

Where should you post them?

Post these messages on your bathroom mirror, in your journal, on the fridge, in your car, collect them in a weekly recurring calendar appointment or anywhere that you will be able to see them constantly. Please, don’t let them become an overlooked backdrop to your life and overlook them. Let them become a foundation that strengthens you when you see them and say them out loud as often as possible.

When you have something special coming up, get specific.

Do you have an interview coming up for your dream job? Write a note to yourself with words like, “You’ve got this!” or, “I am the perfect candidate for this job and I am going to totally ace this interview!”

It is proven that reciting positive, life-giving statements in your head or aloud to yourself will manifest that feeling in real life. Remember, this does go both ways… when you repeat negative things about yourself, you cause further damage! Yikes!

Whenever doubt starts to sneak in, or you are having negative thoughts, immediately replace them with a moxie-filled affirmation. It will instantly improve your attitude and self-confidence.

This week’s affirmation can be your GO TO when you are not feeling worthy enough.

Want to say it again? Me, too.

I am enough.
I am confident, kind, loyal, loving, supportive, sassy and sensuous.
My confidence inspires others.

Go after your week, my mighty, fierce Lionesses.
